Role Description:

Social Media Content Creator Intern We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Content Creator Intern to support the launch and growth of our social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form video content and helping build brand awareness across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels Assist in launching and managing social media accounts Capture on-site content that reflects the community's lifestyle and amenities Monitor social media trends and implement timely, relevant content ideas Support content scheduling and basic social media management tasks Help plan and promote community events such as wellness events, ice cream socials, and resident gatherings

Qualifications:

Strong interest in social media, marketing, or content creation Experience creating and editing short-form video content preferred Comfortable being on camera with a confident, engaging on-screen presence. Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Excellent creativity, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable transportation and ability to travel on-site to the property for content creation Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a plus
