Overview Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Manager / Office Assistant, where your creativity and organizational skills will drive our brand's online presence and streamline daily operations. Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance branding efforts and support marketing campaigns. Oversee social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and conversions. Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster strong community relationships. Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization of content and website pages to improve search engine rankings. Support administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with public relations initiatives by drafting press releases, coordinating outreach efforts, and managing media relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team on e-commerce strategies by creating product-related content and supporting online sales initiatives. Capture high-quality photographs and videos for social media content creation, including basic video editing to produce engaging multimedia posts. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics. Experience in public relations, branding strategies, and relationship management to effectively engage audiences. Strong written communication skills with excellent proofreading abilities. Basic photography and video editing skills to produce high-quality multimedia content. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
