Maintenance Staff

Overview Neave Ridge Rentals is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance worker to help maintain and repair our rental properties. This position is responsible for ensuring homes and apartments are safe, functional, and well-maintained for tenants. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to handle a variety of maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental properties. Respond to tenant maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, flooring, and general property issues. Complete preventative maintenance inspections and property upkeep. Prepare units for new tenants, including repairs, painting, and cleaning coordination. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records. Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards. Commuicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and management. Qualifications Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor as needed.

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
