N/A Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a HQACC Cybersecurity and Assess and Authorize Support located at Langley, AFB
VA REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Possess Top Secret/SCI clearance. Must be able to maintain the required clearance/eligibility. Bachelor's degree desired
Certifications Required:
The work experience below must have been performed within the last two (2) years (serially or concurrently) Information Assurance (IA) Management (IAM) Level II certification IAW DoDD 8140, Cyberspace Workforce Management, and DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program certification. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is minimally required. Minimum of 6 years of total experience required: Experience representing the MAJCOM when working with DoD, SAF, and AF AO officials to develop and interpret IA policies, guidelines, and principles. Experience working with IT system enclaves and PMO systems to identify common issues that need to be resolved and creating documents when appropriate to ensure a repeatable process is developed. Familiarization with AF IA-approved tools such as ACAS, SCCM and Vulnerator. Experience providing cybersecurity solutions to meet mission requirements (e.g., developing a secure solution to support foreign national participation in military exercises). Experience using automated tools relating to RMF and NIST compliance and authorization for IT Experience providing MAJCOM-level review of RMF packages to ensure initial RMF package submission is ready for AO's Security Control Assessment. Experience working issues pertaining to base-level network architecture with NAF or higher staff organizations to include AO and AF level reps Experience providing eMASS user training and account administration. Experience with
ITIPS, DISA GIG

DISA SNAP. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and provide guidance to customer sponsored IT programs, main operating bases, geographically separated units and program management offices on program and higher-level Cybersecurity policy and its implementation and procedures used in the development, authorization, and operation of command systems/enclaves. Work with AF Authorizing Officials' staff, HQ AF CIO office, Program Offices and DoD counterparts to help develop policy and tools required to manage RMF efforts, as well as providing cybersecurity advice and support guidance for IT solutions to aid in mission objectives. Support dissemination of AF & program Cyber Security guidance with primary focus on Assess and Authorize (A&A) actions and requirements. Support dissemination of AF & program A&A guidance with primary focus on AF eMASS. Provide system admin functions on eMASS, the automated A&A tool for RMF implementations, for MAJCOM-sponsored systems/enclaves seeking AF AO authorization. Provide RMF/NIST or eMASS familiarization training for command-sponsored PMOs and help units to identify tech and programmatic requirements. Assist in NIPRNet SNAP or SIPRNet
GIG GIAP
systems, for access, circuit tracking and updates. Assist PMOs with cybersecurity related items required under the FISMA and ITIPS. Help Represent the MAJCOM in AF and DoD level working groups and provide input that helps develop AF policy.
