Job Summary Human Domain Solutions (HDS) is seeking experienced Counterintelligence (CI) Collectors to serve as instructors at JCITA's Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC). This full-time, on-site role is based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area and requires a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a CI Polygraph. The successful candidate will be responsible for training military CI professionals in identifying, detecting, and countering threats to the Department of Defense (DoD). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to national security by shaping the next generation of CI collectors through expert instruction and mentorship. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive instruction on counterintelligence collection techniques to military personnel attending JMCCC. Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises aligned with current CI collection methodologies and threat environments. Facilitate classroom discussions, hands-on training sessions, and scenario-based exercises to enhance student understanding and operational skills. Assess student performance through evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their professional development. Maintain a thorough understanding of current CI threats, collection strategies, and relevant policies to ensure instruction remains accurate and relevant. Collaborate with other instructors and course staff to ensure seamless delivery of training programs. Support the continuous improvement of the course curriculum based on evolving intelligence requirements and feedback. Uphold security protocols and handle classified information in accordance with all applicable regulations. Experience Extensive experience in counterintelligence collection operations within military or intelligence communities. Proven instructional or training experience related to CI collection techniques preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to adult learners. Strong knowledge of DoD policies, procedures, and standards related to intelligence collection and counterintelligence activities. Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph. Prior experience instructing or mentoring military or intelligence personnel is highly desirable.
