We offer a unique opportunity to join a growing, community and client-focused company that is firmly rooted in its core value Responsibilities The Physical Security Threat Intelligence Analyst serves as the central coordination point between the organization's Physical Security function and thirdparty intelligence organizations and platforms providing threat intelligence and monitoring services. This role is responsible for ensuring that intelligence gathered and produced is relevant, actionable, and aligned to organizational risk priorities. The Analyst translates vendorgenerated intelligence into meaningful insights for Physical Security leadership, executive protection, operations, and other internal stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in advancing a proactive security posture by supporting threat monitoring, intelligence reporting, incident escalation, and intelligenceled decisionmaking.

Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $60,000/yr - $121,300/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

Key AccountabilitiesServe as the primary liaison between Physical Security and external threat intelligence and monitoring services and entities.

Coordinate daily, weekly, and adhoc intelligence exchanges, ensuring clear expectations, priorities, and escalation protocols.

Review, triage, and validate incoming threat intelligence for relevance, credibility, and potential impact to people, facilities, events, and operations.

Translate raw intelligence into actionable insights, summaries, and recommendations tailored to internal stakeholders (e.g., Physical Security leadership, executive protection, facilities, or operations teams).Support intelligenceled risk assessments related to executive protection, facilities, travel, events, and emerging threat environments.

Coordinate escalation of credible threats or incidents to appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely awareness and response.

Support the development and maintenance of threat intelligence reporting products (e.g., daily briefs, weekly reports, executive summaries).Assist with intelligence documentation, workflows, and artifacts.

Participate in vendor performance reviews by tracking service quality, responsiveness, and alignment with contractual intelligence deliverables.

Collaborate with internal partners to continuously improve threat intelligence processes, integration, and utilization across Physical Security programs.

Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Security Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in threat intelligence, physical security operations, security operations centers, law enforcement, military intelligence, or related fields.

Experience working with or alongside a SOC, fusion center, or thirdparty intelligence provider preferred.

Familiarity with online intelligence platforms.

Familiarity with opensource intelligence (OSINT), Dark Web Intelligence (DWI), physical security threats, and risk analysis concepts. OSINT certification is preferred but not required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders.

CPP certification preferred but not required.
