Signals intelligence Satellite imagery analysis All-source intelligence Satellite data analysis Remote sensing observations Intelligence community Open-source intelligence (OSINT) Full Job Description ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Imagery Analyst to join our team in St. Louis, MO ! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct advanced multi-INT imagery analysis using a range of platforms (NTM, manned/unmanned systems, commercial sensors) to identify, characterize, and monitor strategic and tactical facilities. Research and utilize NES, SOM/SOM-like applications, and other IC databases to produce accurate imagery analysis products, baseline descriptions, and exploitation reports in compliance with GEOINT standards. Create high-quality GEOINT products, including intelligence reports, mission graphics, datasets, and visualizations, to meet mission and production requirements. Identify capability gaps, integrate emerging imagery technologies, and collaborate with IC partners to improve analytical methods and operational effectiveness. Provide expert guidance, training, and quality control for imagery analysis processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. Maintain proficiency in IC tools and coordinate plotting, metadata creation, and structured observations to support operational and intelligence objectives. Support mission-critical tasks such as orders of battle, battle damage assessments, and other specialized imagery analysis requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in GEOINT analysis, including spatial and temporal analysis of OSINT, HUMINT, and SIGINT; a Bachelor's in GIS may substitute for 3 years of experience, or an Associate's in GIS may substitute for 2 years. Completed Imagery Analysis curriculum through the Military or Intelligence Community. Proven experience researching and exploiting commercial, airborne, and NTM imagery sources, including historical imagery. Skilled in the use of manual and electronic light tables, as well as imagery exploitation tools such as RemoteView, Socet
GXP, ERDAS
Imagine, ArcGIS, and ArcPro. Knowledge of overhead intelligence collection tasking and experience collaborating with national and service-level intelligence agencies/centers.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Polygraph
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
