10+ Years Preferred About the Opportunity Integrity ISR is seeking experienced intelligence professionals to support the U.S. Air Force as an Advanced Contingency Intelligence Networks (CIN) Instructor at Nellis AFB, Nevada. In this role, you will provide advanced-level instruction, curriculum development, and exercise facilitation to intelligence professionals supporting Mission Planning Cells, Combat Intelligence Cells, Squadron Intelligence operations, and other intelligence organizations. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact mission readiness by training the next generation of operational intelligence personnel. Candidates should possess deep operational intelligence experience, strong instructional capabilities, and current knowledge of modern intelligence, ISR, and mission planning operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver advanced (300-level) intelligence training to select USAF personnel. Instruct students on Mission Planning Cell operations, Combat Intelligence Cell functions, Squadron Intelligence activities, and related intelligence disciplines. Develop, update, and maintain courseware, lesson plans, and training materials. Design and facilitate training exercises, scenarios, and capstone events. Ensure curriculum remains current with evolving technologies, systems, tools, and operational procedures. Conduct pre-mission briefings and post-training academic evaluations. Facilitate classroom discussions and practical exercises that reinforce operational mission execution. Support operational objectives that may require travel and extended workdays, including 12-hour shifts. Candidates must meet all of the following requirements: Security Clearance U.S. Citizenship required. Active TS/SCI security clearance. SAP/STO access eligibility or current access.
Current access to:
JWICS (including PKI access) SIPRNet (including token access) NIPRNet Education & Experience Master's degree (MA/MS) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 10 years of relevant intelligence experience. At least 5 years providing intelligence support within one or more of the following environments: Air Operations Center (AOC) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Unit-Level Intelligence (ULI) Aviation Operations A portion of the above experience must have occurred within the last five years. Minimum of 5 years of experience performing responsibilities aligned with the duties of this position, with a portion occurring within the last two years. Technical & Operational Expertise Current and relevant knowledge of National Defense Strategy (NDS) priority threat nations, including capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Working knowledge of intelligence collection processes. Knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, intelligence fusion, analytical tradecraft, targeting processes, and associated products. Experience with Combat Employment operations, Air Expeditionary Units, Contingency Response Groups, or similar organizations. Advanced threat expertise sufficient to develop realistic, technically accurate intelligence scenarios and multi-INT training environments. Ability to utilize current Standard Theater Applications (STAs) and related intelligence systems required for operations. Experience supporting mission planning operations and associated meetings, including:
DIM, MAM, GPDM, GPAWM
Coordination meetings and associated breakout sessions Experience serving in or supporting Intelligence Team Lead and ISR Team Lead functions. Instructional & Professional Skills Experience developing and managing syllabi, lesson plans, training scenarios, and capstone exercises. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality products within established timelines. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand operational environment.
