We are looking for Targeting Officers, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia! This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments. The officer shall demonstrate the following capabilities: Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leads Draft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectives Engage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitation Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to relevant customer components through various written reports and briefings. Leverage customer collection platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of tactical and operational objectives. Create, review, and process all-source intelligence, demonstrating the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reporting across all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
Qualifications:
Level 3 Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree Tradecraft-related work experience D emonstrated ability to research and analyze Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph Level 4 Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree Tradecraft-related work experience D emonstrated ability to research and analyze Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph Level 5 Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree Tradecraft-related work experience D emonstrated ability to research and analyze Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph
•Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree

Desired Qualifications:
Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
