Charlottesville, Virginia Salary Range:
$97,000 - $158,000 annually Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Intelligence Analyst will serve as the principal for analytic tradecraft and methodological rigor.
  • The Senior Intelligence Analyst will work directly with Government leadership, branch chiefs, and analysts to ensure that all intelligence production is underpinned by sound, objective, and advanced analytical practices.
  • Serve as the primary resource for improving the quality and defensibility of contract analysis.
  • Guides analysts in the selection and application of appropriate methodologies, including SATs, quantitative and qualitative methods, and other advanced analytical tools to address key intelligence questions.
  • Participates in project kick-offs and in-progress reviews to ensure a sound methodological foundation is established at the outset and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performs final contract reviews of all FINTEL products against the government-approved checklist, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with all Analytic Tradecraft Standards, the clarity and logic of the assessment, and the degree to which the product answers customer needs.
  • Provides training and mentorship for new and existing analysts on the principles of high-quality intelligence assessments, tradecraft standards, and production processes.
  • Serve as the lead technical representative on matters of tradecraft, methodology, and assessment production as needed. Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
  • A Master's degree or higher in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and a minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • -OR- a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
