Job Description

Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a welcoming elementary school environment. This contract position focuses on providing exceptional behavioral support and intervention for young learners, covering a maternity leave from September 23, 2026 through January 11, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required Experience implementing ABA therapy in a school or pediatric setting Ability to collaborate with BCBAs and follow individualized behavior intervention plans Excellent communication and organizational skills to partner with school staff and families Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for elementary-aged students
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students, as directed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate data and maintain documentation on student progress and behavior goals Support teachers and staff with techniques to encourage positive behavior throughout the school day Participate in ongoing student team meetings and training sessions for continued professional growth Assist in adapting interventions and strategies to meet individual student needs Take this opportunity to contribute to student success, provide meaningful support during a crucial time, and pursue professional development within a caring school community.
