Responsibilities:

• Create and adjust transportation routes to improve delivery timing, equipment utilization, and overall efficiency.
• Track active shipments, identify service disruptions early, and coordinate solutions to keep freight moving on schedule.
• Work closely with drivers, dispatch personnel, warehouse teams, and outside partners to support smooth daily operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain shipment logs, analyze transportation data, and prepare operational reports.
• Keep accurate documentation related to schedules, route activity, billing details, and transportation costs.
• Communicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders and external contacts regarding delivery status, exceptions, and priorities.
• Support customer service needs by responding to logistics questions and helping resolve shipment concerns.
• Follow company standards and applicable transportation or customs-related requirements within day-to-day coordination activities.
