at NVR in Dagsboro, Delaware, United States Job Description Land Acquisition Specialist Job Category Land (Acquisition / Development) Market Location DE - Delaware Beaches Location DE - Dagsboro Apply Now (https://phg.tbe.taleo.net/phg01/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org= NVRINC &cws=52&rid=37916) As a Land Acquisition Specialist at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR , you will assist the land acquisition department in analyses used to acquire raw land or finished lots for our homebuilding operations.
What you will be doing:
+ Develop and maintain a land pipeline tracking system.
+ Research and identify new opportunities resulting from municipal driven rezoning and infrastructure improvements.
+ Utilize GIS software and related resources to identify target development parcels.
+ Prepare New Site Selection forms for new and ongoing deals requiring investment decisions.
+ Perform resale and new home comparable analysis.
+ Prepare land development timeline and budgets for entitlements.
+ Complete Community Position analysis for new acquisitions and ongoing communities requiring investment decisions.
+ Prepare presentation material used to facilitate the RFP process for Raw Land Deals.
+ Assist homebuilding division partners with the preparation of financial analyses, development timelines, plans, budgets and Proformas.
Qualified applicants have/are:
+ Bachelor's degree, major in Business or Finance is preferred
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
+ Efficient communicator, both written and verbally
+ Organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines Life at
