at State of Delaware in Wilmington, Delaware, United States Job Description The incumbent in this class will use a collaborative process that engages and builds consensus with a wide range of state and local stakeholders and system leaders for funding decisions. The Planner II will monitor various projects by collecting and analyzing data to present results to stakeholders. This position may assist with conducting local landscape assessments to identify available programs and evaluate national evidence-based initiative and recommend best practices.
