Demonstred substantive knowledge, research, or professional experience relevant to regional security architecture, access, basing, overflight, force posture, alliances and partnerships, political-military affairs, or a closely reled field. Demonstred ability to conduct research, analyze contemporary security issues, and produce scholarly or policy-relevant work. Demonstred experience teaching, faciliting, or educing adult learners from diverse professional, nional, and cultural backgrounds.
