About Crossroads Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren't located near one of our physical sites. We believe the story of Jesus' redemption is the greatest story ever told, and that's why we embrace creativity, adventure, authenticity, and tenacity to share this story with the world. Our desire is to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues are worshiping and working together. We're not there yet, but it's what we're working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors. Job Summary The Community Site Director is responsible for building community at their site through groups, cohorts, and mentor connections to create a culture where people have clear ways of connecting with each other, develop intentional friendships, and have places where they can grow. They carry out community vision while recruiting and empowering leaders to do the same. This comes through developing leaders and creating open, fun and authentic communities. Their goal is to have an opportunity for someone to join a community at their site 365 days of the year. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Create a robust menu of groups for their size and demographics of their site based on multisite direction. Equip and develop community/spiritual leaders through training and coaching. Recruits, develops, and empowers volunteer leaders for all aspects of groups and group types. Collaborates with Connections Director with available offerings and ensures quality community experiences for people who get connected. Works with Camps and Trips teams to look for off ramps for people to get into a community at their site. Mobilizes volunteer teams to execute community vision at their site, modeling discipleship.

Group Leaders, Journey hosts, Small Leaders, In-building Groups, Community Leaders. Education Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent. Experience/Skills Requirements Great people skills. Good Listener. Self starter. Critical thinking/problem solving . Physical Requirements Generally good physical health. Scheduled/Travel Requirements Able to work at the site and with the public. Typical work days are Sunday Thursday, but hours vary based on group meetings and trainings in the evenings. Crossroads Staff Qualities Qualities all staff teammates should exhibit:

Expected to work outside of "normal" schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, day of solitude, offsites, etc.
