Job Description
Jacobs Building Inc seeks Associate Design Manager at Boston, MA to prepare & review K-12 & higher educ. architectural concept & schematic design packages; prepare & review code & energy compliance research & strategy reports; coordinate w/ clients & multidisciplinary consultants; & prepare proposal/RFP responses & marketing presentations. Req. Master's in Architecture. 24 mos. exp. in concept & schematic design for mid- or large-scale architectural projects, incl. client coordination & multidisciplinary consultant coordination. Proficiency in industry-standard design & presentation tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, & Microsoft 365.
