As a PSYOP Planner, you will shape the integration of influence activities across joint and combined operations by developing PSYOP plans aligned to commander's objectives and operational phases. You will conduct indepth target audience analysis to identify behavioral drivers, vulnerabilities, and desired influence outcomes, using those insights to craft effective concepts, themes, and narratives. In this role, you will synchronize PSYOP activities with joint, interagency, and coalition partners to ensure informationrelated capabilities are aligned and mutually reinforcing. You will integrate PSYOP planning into operational orders, annexes, and supporting plans while assessing the operational environment to identify information opportunities, risks, and adversary patterns that affect mission success. You will coordinate message approval processes, ensuring consistent alignment for production, distribution, and dissemination across multiple platforms. You will also recommend PSYOP tasks, capabilities, and resources during planning and mission analysis, while producing measures of performance and effectiveness that evaluate the impact of influence activities. You Have:
