Key Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelors degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (required); Masters degree highly preferred. Possess a current and valid State Counselor License (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC). Experience with K-12 students in a school or counseling setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive counseling servicesincluding individual, group, and crisis interventionsto students in grades K-12. Support student success through social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, and academic guidance. Assess student needs and work with school staff and families to develop effective support strategies. Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements.
