Qualifications:

Masters degree in School Counseling (required) Strong knowledge of counseling skills, student management, and leadership Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and with stakeholders Excellent communicationboth spoken and written Organizational strength and adept problem-solving Analytical mindset for evaluating processes and identifying opportunities for improvement Openness to adapting and learning within diverse school communities

Core Responsibilities:
