The counselor will work directly with secondary students, families, instructors, and partner high schools to support: Academic planning and progress toward graduation Graduation requirements, plans of study, and state testing ICAP and FAFSA completion Attendance, academic progress, and student success IEP and 504 coordination College, career, and transition planning Coordination with high school counselors and school personnel Student enrollment, retention, and successful completion While the position provides guidance and support when students experience personal challenges, the primary focus is school-based academic and career guidance.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree with Oklahoma School Counseling Certification required. Three years of successful teaching and counseling experience required. High school counseling experience strongly preferred.
