Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid certification as a school counselor in Texas Proven experience working as a counselor within a school setting Strong understanding of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical practices Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Ability to collaborate with students, teachers, parents, and administration Compassionate, approachable, and dedicated to the well-being of each student

Key Responsibilities:
