This contract opportunity focuses on providing support and guidance to an 18-student caseload, ensuring each student is heard, empowered, and set up for academic and personal success. With the upcoming school year starting on August 17th, this role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about youth mental health and enjoy working collaboratively within educational environments.
Key Qualifications:
Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure in Texas Experience in a school or adolescent-focused counseling environment preferred Strong skills in individual counseling, crisis intervention, and student support Ability to build rapport and foster trust with students, staff, and families Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Position Responsibilities:
