Open Until Filled Academic and Behavior Interventionist Position Purpose Under the direct supervision of an administrator, to assist certified professional staff and administration in aiding students to meet instructional and/or behavioral goals. Also, to support administration in providing effective and consistent student discipline by supervising students in alternative learning environments; by creating and implementing academic and behavior support plans; by supporting the building of relationships between staff and students; and by developing and supporting schoolwide Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Essential Job Functions Clerical support to intervention programs. Organizes student lists for intervention and delivery of intervention tickets. Use the intervention database to create tickets and track student attendance. Follow up on student completion of interventions. Coordinates with teachers and administrators with the intervention program.Additional Duties:

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff and others contacted in the course of work. Ability to report work orally or in writing to supervisor as required. Effective writing and verbal communication skills. Work Environment Works in standard office and school building environments. Qualifications Profile Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: High School diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of ageFLSA Status:
