Conduct assessments related to standardized testing, educational compliance, and regulation understanding to support student progress. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to student welfare and child protective services cases. Facilitate workshops on cultural diversity counseling, social work topics, and school policy awareness to promote an inclusive school climate. Support students from diverse cultural backgrounds by implementing culturally responsive counseling strategies aligned with school legal knowledge and child welfare standards.
