Key Responsibilities As a Job Coach, you will be supporting individuals with disabilities working within the Carlsbad to Cardiff area. Your responsibilities will include supporting prioritizing tasks, completing their work efficiently, and facilitating the relationship between the employer and the person you support. You are not responsible for their work but rather advocate for any support or accommodation needed at work. By offering personalized job coaching, you will help individuals develop their skills and confidence in the workplace, empowering them to thrive in their roles.
