We're seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to support our clients at the Walmart Distribution Center in Apple Valley. As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 3-4 individuals). These clients are eager to work and grow—you'll be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed. Schedule Thursday - Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. What You'll Be Doing Providing hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met Identifying each client's strengths and growth areas, and providing one-on-one training when needed Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients.
