Harbor House is a non-profit Clubhouse program located in Lake Forest, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and integrating them into their community. Alliance of Abilities, our parent organization, has been serving our community for over twenty years under the Clubhouse Model developed by Fountain House in 1948. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where our members can thrive and achieve their life goals.

9:00am-3:00pm

California Benefits:

Medical, Dental & Vision (Full-time after 60 days) CPR training (after 90 days) Millage reimbursement

Responsibilities:

Work "one on one" with our members in a competitive employment environment. Assist members with learning, accommodating, and performing their job duties. Assist members in resume building and submitting applications. Participate in social and recreational activities with members. Maintain documentation and confidentiality. Work with members at volunteer site or place of employment All employees work within the day program prior to working 1:1 with a member.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency Minimum age of 18 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation. Proof of valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration Why Join Us?
