Full-Time Job Description Actalent is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join a well-respected community-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals facing mental health, substance use, and housing-related challenges. In this role, you will provide counseling, crisis intervention, case coordination, and treatment planning services while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality care and support throughout the Hartford community. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services Coordinate referrals to community, medical, and behavioral health resources Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Facilitate client advocacy and case coordination services Participate in treatment team meetings, trainings, and program activities Conduct outreach and educate potential participants about available services Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Human Services field Active Connecticut license in good standing (LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, or LADC) Minimum 3 years of experience working with mental health, substance use, homelessness, or related populations Experience providing assessments, counseling, and treatment planning Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Experience working with co-occurring disorders Knowledge of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
