In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. Responsibilities Provide daily in-class support and tutoring to help students stay on track academically. Build positive, mentoring relationships with students to support social-emotional growth. Track and report student progress, using data to inform support strategies. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to plan and deliver interventions. Lead or assist with small group activities and after-school programs. Engage families and community partners to support student success. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. Model City Year's values of service, inclusion, and social justice in school communities.
