Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Promotes the Agency to potential applicants by attending career fairs, law enforcement academies, military installations, and other events as appropriate. Ensures Agency Recruiting Accreditation requirements are met. Adjusts recruiting needs based on position vacancies as directed. Serves as applicant liaison during the onboarding process. Assists in activation contact and process for applicants as needed. Position is responsible for employment data and census statistics for annual reporting and tracking for recruitment plan.EOE/ADA EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSES
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in business, public administration, human resources management or related field AND at least two years of administrative or recruiting experience required. Project Management experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience in administration or recruiting may be considered in lieu of degree. PHR/SHRM-CP orSPHR/SHRM-SCP
is preferred. Notary public required or must be obtained within six months of hire. Position must maintain a valid Florida Driver's License at all times. Unescorted CJIS clearance as authorized by FDLE is required.MINIMUM PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Members in this position may be required to: Sit up to 7 hours per day Stand up to 2 hours per day Walk up to 2 hours per day Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
