Job Description

Community Support Coach Location:

Arlington Heights Hours :

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 6:45am-3:15pm (40hrs)

Pay :

$21.35/hr;

PAID Training Job Responsibilities :

The Community Support Coach is responsible for training and supervising clients at their community based employment sites. Transport clients to and from the job site on a PACE vehicle. Serve as a liaison between employer and the clients at the job site. Maintain necessary documentation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Must be 21 years of age
