Job Description
FAYCO Enterprises, Inc., a CARF accredited not-for-profit agency, is looking to fill the position of a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) for its' Community Day Services program. This is a full-time position working Monday thru Friday in Vandalia, IL. The successful applicant for the Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) will ensure that individuals with developmental and Intellectual disabilities receive continuous active treatment in accordance with the Individual Support Plan (ISP). Responsible for supervising staff and writing support plans for individuals served. FAYCO Enterprises, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency with funding secured by contracts with the State Of Illinois and has been providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities for 50 years. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Human Services or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in working with people with disabilities
- Be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Previous supervisory and computer experience a plus $24.80 per hour Additional Benefits, after probationary period
