• Full-time What you'll do Teach. Deliver the Career Preparation Period curriculum and keep a classroom of 16-24 year-olds engaged, on task, and moving forward. Coach. Build an individualized achievement plan with every student, then meet with them, track their progress, and adjust as they grow. Catch people early. Spot students at risk of leaving and pull in counseling, health, or residential staff before it becomes a separation. Assess. Evaluate each student's readiness for the Career Development Period and document it accurately in the case management system. Model the standards. Live the Career Success Standards so students can see what they look like in practice. Keep it safe and honest. Supervise students throughout the center, maintain a clean and orderly classroom, and protect the integrity of student data — always. Plus other duties as assigned, including occasional coverage in other departments at the direction of the Center Director, Center Duty Officer, or Shift Manager.
