About the Role We're seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to help individuals identify career goals, find competitive employment, and succeed in the workplace. What You'll Do Support individuals in identifying career interests and strengths Assist with job search, placement, and onboarding Teach job tasks and workplace skills Provide on-site job coaching and support Build relationships with employers Gradually fade supports as independence increases Pay & Schedule $18.50 to $20.00/hour , based on experience Bonus potential up to $16,000 annually 35 hours/week Minimum 25 billable hours/week Benefits Mileage reimbursement Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Continuing education opportunities Company-provided cell phone and computer
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license with a properly maintained vehicle and current auto insurance MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to walk, bend, squat, kneel, and use wrists, shoulders, and both hands as needed to perform CPR, first aid, and personal care/lifting techniques Ability to successfully complete and administer CPR and First Aid Proof of a negative TB screening required One year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities in community-integrated settings preferred Ability to pass required background checks and other agency screening requirements as applicable
