Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Supports fellow students in their financial journey while developing leadership, coaching, and communication skills rooted in service. Mentors others, expands their knowledge of financial wellness, and makes a positive impact on campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide confidential peer coaching in areas such as budgeting and debt awareness. Support students in building healthy financial habits. Help promote financial wellness on campus through events, flyers, and social media. Collaborate with Everence and Goshen College staff at on-campus workshops and events. Participate in training and reflection to strengthen your service and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Currently pursuing a college degree
Skills and Abilities:
Are thoughtful, caring, and enjoy supporting others one-on-one Communicate clearly and listen attentively Are exploring vocations in coaching, counseling, ministry, education, business, or service Have experience in mentorship, tutoring, student leadership, or other people-focused roles

SCHEDULE
Part-time, flexible (On-campus internships, two semesters (30 weeks), 10 hours/week)
