Job Description

Location:
Princeton, IN About the Role The Arc Southwest Indiana is hiring a Career Coach to support students ages 14-22 with IEPs and 504 plans. This role helps students explore career options, build workplace readiness skills, and transition to post-secondary education, training, or employment. Responsibilities Collaborate with schools, Vocational Rehabilitation, and community partners. Provide job exploration, work-based learning, workplace readiness, and self-advocacy training. Attend IEP meetings and assist with transition planning. Help students create resumes and secure local learning opportunities. Document services and ensure compliance with agency requirements. Qualifications Experience with students with disabilities preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to advocacy and student success. Valid Driver's License and clean background check
