Job Description
Recovery Specialist
- Inpatient Lynn, MA 8 weeks Shift
- Sunday-Thursday 2:30p-11p
- 40H/week

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments- these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call" time worked

BILH coversheet required at time of submission Recovery Specialist- Sunday-Thursday 2:30p-11p
- 40H/week Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during the one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process.
- Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
- Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30-minute client well-being checks.
- Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
- Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
- Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience working with substance use population is preferred
- Valid MA Driver's License in good standing preferred Must be separated from any BILH affiliated facilities for 6 months prior to being considered.
