- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a supportive and dedicated Stabilization Specialist to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program.
Responsibilities:
Provide crisis support and stabilization services to clients Deliver interventions to individuals and families focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement Tailor interventions based on client preferences, needs, and the clinical direction of the care team Offer direct support in crisis intervention, stabilization, treatment planning, and evaluation and assessment. Assist individuals with learning and utilizing coping strategies, and daily living skills Complete clinical assessments and required documentation to meet standards Provide short-term case management, including assistance with income, insurance, entitlements, community resources and services, as well as coordination of medical/psychiatric appointments Facilitate warm handoffs with other service providersQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred Experience working with adults or families with mental illness/substance abuse Candidates with lived experience with substance use disorder strongly encouraged to apply Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:
Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am-3:00pm (Part-time/16 hours) Hourly Rate $23.08- $23.
