Job Description
Adult Services Counselor Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. As a member of our Adult Services Team, you ll: Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Provide job coaching to develop and build vocational skills Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs Teach and support skill development in areas such as: Communication and social interaction Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene Vocational and pre-employment skills Adaptive physical education and self-preservation Receive paid training and coaching Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment What You ll
