Join our Autism Residential Program in Southborough, MA•where we provide full training and hands-on experience to help you launch a rewarding career working with students with autism. As a Residential Counselor, you'll: Work an awake overnight position Closely supervise and continuously monitor the health, safety, and well-being of each student during the overnight hours. Teach communication and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians Receive paid training and coaching
