About the Role This is more than a job—You'll be the voice for those we serve, ensuring their rights are upheld, and their environments are safe, respectful, and empowering. As a Quality and Rights Specialist , lead efforts in consumer advocacy, rights protection, and quality improvement for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This is a mission-driven role with statewide impact. You'll champion continuous quality improvement, guide mid-level managers, conduct rights audits, and lead internal investigations to ensure our mission is executed. Why Spectrum?
