Job Description

ODC is a mission-driven organization dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Employment Services Consultant to support individuals in achieving competitive, community-based employment while building strong partnerships with local employers. The Employment Services Consultant plays a key role in advancing ODC's mission by supporting individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers in achieving meaningful, competitive employment. Working collaboratively with the Director of Program Services, this position leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of individualized employment and rehabilitation services. The Employment Services Consultant partners closely with individuals served, staff, referral agencies, and community employers to deliver person-centered services that build skills, promote independence, and support long-term employment success. What You'll Do Manage a caseload using person-centered, strengths-based practices Develop individualized employment plans and provide job coaching Support job search, placement, retention, and career advancement Build and maintain relationships with community employers Supervise Employment Support Specialists Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with
DHS/CARF/DEED
standards Provide transportation and on-site support as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Experience in human services, vocational rehabilitation, or related field (preferred) Experience working with individuals with disabilities or employment barriers (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass MN DHS Background Study Why Join ODC? $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
