Competitive hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement About the Position Current Path Job Coaching LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in achieving success in the workplace. The primary responsibility of this position is providing one-on-one support to clients at their existing jobs, helping them learn job duties, build confidence, and become independent employees. As our company continues to grow, this position has the opportunity to expand into employment services, including helping clients find jobs, developing relationships with local employers, providing interview preparation, and supporting clients through the hiring process. Once employment is obtained, you will continue working with clients on the job until they are stable and able to work independently. Responsibilities Provide individualized on-the-job coaching and support at client worksites. Teach job tasks, workplace expectations, and effective work habits. Assist clients in developing independence while gradually reducing support as appropriate. Maintain professional communication with employers, clients, families, and Vocational Rehabilitation staff. Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Travel to multiple job sites throughout the Bozeman and surrounding areas. As the position grows, assist clients with: Job searching and applications Resume and interview preparation Employer outreach and job development Job placement and follow-along support Qualifications Applicants must : Pass a 7-Year Standard Background Check . AND Possess one of the following: High School Diploma GED HiSET AND Meet one of the following experience or education requirements: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities , OR 30 semester hours of college credit , including at least 15 semester hours in one or more of the following fields: Special Education Psychology Sociology Counseling Social Work Business A closely related field Requirements Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel. Valid driver's license. Current automobile insurance. Ability to travel throughout the service area. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable, patient, and able to work independently. Comfortable working one-on-one with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Benefits Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
