We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Coordinator of Community Supports to help adults with autism access employment, volunteer, recreational, and social opportunities while building the skills and relationships that promote lifelong success. Build partnerships with employers and community organizations to expand opportunities for learners. Assess learner skills and help develop individualized goals and ISP objectives. Supervise, mentor, and train Direct Support Professionals. Monitor learner progress, review documentation, and ensure compliance with DDD requirements. Collaborate with learners, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes. Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, and program development. Support departmental initiatives and other responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. BCBA or BCaBA certification preferred, or willingness to pursue certification. Experience working with individuals with autism; adult services experience preferred. Previous supervisory or staff training experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships with community partners and employers.
