We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate High School Student Coaches to join our Student Services team. The Student Coach will provide direct support and guidance to elementary school students with special needs, fostering skill development, independence, and social-emotional growth in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with daily living skills, academic tasks, and community-based activities. Escort students safely throughout the campus, including to and from classrooms, lunch, and designated activity areas. Collaborate closely with teachers, instructional assistants, and program administrators to ensure consistent and effective support. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate concerns or successes promptly. Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment that supports student growth and engagement. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and program planning as required.

Qualifications:

Current PVSD high school senior Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
