Part-Time Job Coach Our Mission South Fork Bakery is looking for a dedicated and caring Job Coach to join our team part time. In this role, you'll support people with developmental disabilities as they build job skills, connect with their communities, and work toward greater independence. Part-time hours are available at our wholesale bakery in Amagansett, NY and at the Bookmark Café at Rogers Memorial Library in Southampton, NY. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one support to South Fork Bakery staff and/or Bookmark Café staff. Support employees in developing employment and self-advocacy skills through on-site support and instruction. Help identify and implement natural supports in the workplace. Utilize task analyses to help track individual employee progress in skill development. Encourage independence and help each participant reach their personal goals. Complete weekly documentation of observations and support provided at worksite. Complete required training and maintain a commitment to learning. Respect each person's privacy, choices, abilities, and dignity. Help create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive work environment. What We're Looking For A caring and patient person who enjoys helping others succeed. A commitment to supporting people with developmental disabilities as valued members of their communities. An associate degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Human Services, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Work or life experience supporting people with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required. Basic computer skills—or a willingness to learn. The ability to speak and write clearly in English. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team-oriented approach. Why Join Us? Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 20.0 per week
