Vocational & Employment Services (VES) Manager Williamsville, NY | Full-Time | Monday-Friday $25.00-$26.00/hour Ready to lead a team that changes lives through employment? Join The Arc Erie County New York as our Vocational & Employment Services Manager and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, find meaningful employment, and become more connected to their communities. What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Career Coaches
Oversee high-quality employment and vocational services
Build relationships with employers, schools, families, and community partners
Ensure services and documentation meet program and funding requirements
Step in and provide direct employment support when needed What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field + 3 years of ID/DD experience, OR
Associate degree in Human Services or related field + 5 years of ID/DD experience
Valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
