Job Description

Provide individualized employment support including résumé writing, interview coaching, and job application assistance Develop job opportunities by building relationships with employers, staffing agencies, and workforce partners Match clients to appropriate job openings and support them through the hiring process Connect clients to vocational training, education programs, and career advancement opportunities Facilitate job readiness workshops, computer skills training, and financial literacy sessions Plan and support hiring events such as job fairs and recruitment drives Track and document client progress in employment and income-building activities Collaborate with Case Managers, Housing staff, and other service providers to align employment goals with housing stability Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care to engage clients You will bring a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience connecting people to jobs or career opportunities You will have experience supporting adults in achieving employment goals, ideally in social services or workforce programs You will know how to build strong employer relationships and turn them into real job opportunities You will excel at coaching, motivating, and communicating with diverse clients You will stay organized and thrive managing multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
