This role provides case management, mentoring, and guidance to help participants successfully transition into college, vocational training, employment, military service, or other post-secondary pathways. The Advisor also ensures all participant documentation and program records meet compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Recruit and enroll eligible youth into LTW programs. Conduct eligibility screenings and collect required documentation. Complete assessments and develop Individual Opportunity Plans (IOPs). Provide ongoing case management, mentoring, and weekly participant follow-up. Help youth set and achieve education, career, and personal goals. Connect participants to supportive services, training, internships, and employment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, community organizations, and employers. Track participant progress and maintain accurate case notes and records in program databases. Conduct monthly follow-up with participants after program completion. Represent LTW professionally at school and community events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Child Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with high school-aged youth in case management, education, workforce development, or social services. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with diverse and underserved populations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Workspace. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel locally. Preferred Skills Knowledge of workforce development programs, youth services, and community resources. Experience with documentation, compliance, and data entry. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Work Environment This position involves a combination of office work, school visits, community outreach, and virtual communication. The role requires regular interaction with youth, parents, schools, and community partners.
